Workshop Producer

Outreach and Engagement Producer, designing and delivering inclusive workshops and events nationally. In 2024; Puppets for All made up 9% of our audiences, 98 school & professional development workshops and 792 interactions with local families. 

Project management, key liaison across internal departments and external partnerships to ensure smooth-delivery. Supporting VIP & press nights, safeguarding protocols and managing freelancers. 

Oversee financial administration, managing project budgets, contracting freelancers, and supporting campaigns like Big Give.

Capture impact, evaluating our engagement to inform future planning and meet financial targets to fund Creative Learning. 

Bath Spa University: 02/2024 - 04/2025

Emergent Value Research & Admin Assistant

​​Project managed a major AHRC-funded project (£100,000), Emergent Value; researching the meaningful value of live theatre to report back to government bodies.

Oversaw financial management, contracting freelancers, tracking expenditure, reporting to AHRC. Negotiated with a partner after losing their NPO status to ensure no financial losses impacted the project. 

Produced events for Bristol Old Vic and Shoreditch Town Hall, and recruited Sally Cookson (Bath Royal) as a new partner. 

Commissioned artists to design and develop creative evaluation strategies to support our research.

Built a brand identity and developed a marketing strategy, employing a designer.
