Workshop Producer

I am currently producing a Prison Project, touring Prisons across Kent to deliver Bobbins Big Adventures, a show and workshop about family identity for prisoners and their families. Over Christmas, I will be working with Children’s Hospices to deliver Scruff’s, a show and workshop for children in care.

Outreach and Engagement Producer, design and deliver inclusive workshops and events nationally. In 2024; Puppets for All made up 9% of our audiences, 98 school & professional development workshops and 792 interactions with local families. 

Project management, key liaison across internal departments and external partnerships to ensure smooth-delivery. Supporting VIP & press nights, safeguarding protocols and managing freelancers. 

Oversee financial administration, managing project budgets, contracting freelancers, and supporting campaigns like Big Give.

Capture impact, evaluating our engagement to inform future planning and meet financial targets to fund Creative Learning. 

Bath Spa University Emergent Value: 02/2024 - Present

Research & Administrative Assistant

​​Project manage a major AHRC-funded project (£100,000), Emergent Value; researching the meaningful value of live theatre to report back to government bodies.

Oversee financial management, contracting freelancers, tracking expenditure, reporting to AHRC. Negotiated with a partner after losing their NPO status to ensure no financial losses impacted the project. 

Produce events for Bristol Old Vic and Shoreditch Town Hall, and recruited Sally Cookson (Bath Royal) as a new partner. 

Commission artists to design and develop creative evaluation strategies to support our research.

Built a brand identity and developed a marketing strategy, employing a designer.
